Really? I've always thought a mill circle was one of the easier skills both to do and to teach.

I just remember watching the level 4 meets and seeing girls hanging upside down from the mill circle...rare was the gymnast who competed it cleanly...and my daughter (now level 10 for many years) told me that it wasn't until she was Level 9 that she could really do a clean mill circle (and didn't need it)...
