Women Woodward West questions

Hello, I am going to woodward west for T&T. I will be coaching in exchange for training. I don't know if anyone here has ever coached there but I have some questions. I will be staying at the staff lodge. First is staff bedding provided or do I need to bring it? I don't know how I would fit bedding in an already crammed suitcase. Also is there cell reception? Outlets? Is the canteen thing located in the cafeteria or some other area? Any other useful bits of info. They say it has AC but is it still really hot? Thanks!

Did you find out? I'm sending my 9 year old there next week with a cell phone with T-Mobile in hopes that she can contact us. I know some servers get reception, but not sure about all.
