Can you do a handstand quarter twist dismount in excel platinum?

No. Has to be salto or aerial

If you are talking about a beam dismount, Platinum just requires a dismount that is an actual skill. Currently, LSS is doing a round-off off the end of the beam (kinda similar to a handstand quarter twist ... just side handstand and from the end of the beam). Another girl does a FHS off the end of the beam. All the others do either front tuck or back tuck.

A salto or aerial dismount isn't required until Diamond.

You just have to do a actual skill,I recommend a round off as they are similar to handstand quarter twist.
