Can anyone recommend a half hour-45 minute yoga DVD that would be good for gymmies? My kids' practices incorporate some of the poses, but I think some of the breathing techniques would be useful for them as well, and a little extra flexibility can almost never hurt a boy! (To incentivize participation, I can do it with them so they can laugh at me.)

They're a little bit longer than 30-45 minutes, but the Ultimate Yogi DVD's are some excellent yoga.

Positively ancient, Coach. 11 and 13.

Her is a good resource so you can read up on different links and info. The Bendigirl series looks fun and ranges from beginner to intermediate. You could go with any Gaiam DVD. Start with one for beginners and work you way up to intermediate and advance. You tube also has videos, if you want to try before you buy. Just search yoga for tweens or teens.

Kids videos will probably be 20-30 mins, adult beginner videos will get into 45- 1hr time frame.
