Hey guys!
So I am finally coming back to gym after an injury and I have lost a LOT of strength (It has been several months). However, I have been doing a lot of regular stomach strength like v-ups,planks, other usual stuff. It's just not working anymore.
I was wondering what strength I can do to get back into shape. Maybe a list with strength and cardio? A really really long list even! I love conditioning. Anyways, I'm running out of ideas!
Also, I have been cleared by a doctor for anything and everything so dont be afraid to post some harder stuff.

Thanks for all your help :)

see your coach. you just can't jump back n the saddle after all that time off and start conditioning full blast. you'll hurt yourself.

Rope climb, no legs.

Skin the cats, like 5-10 in a row.

Handstand pushups.

Hollow and L holds 1-3 minutes. Superman too.

Wall HS, 1 minute at least, ideally 3 or 5 or 7 though I've heard of more

Lots of Handstand presses.

Cardio? Your routine is 90 seconds long.

Interval conditioning. Jump roping.

V-ups and planks are easy beginner stuff. V-sit/hold. Floor hollow from pushup 1" above ground for 30 seconds. Don't sag lower back EVER.

Russian chin ups! Holy crap, my dd was conditioning at the end the other day and dang those things look brutal. She said the most she ever did was 13.
