Hiya.
I'm a former gymnast (sorta former. I still get up on the apparatus to demonstrate, and we have an adult tumbling class that I take) and a rec/preteam coach in the Northwest.
My gymnasts are ages 5-15 or so, levels 1-3 rec classes and "working on 4" preteam. Also a couple preschool classes. They're a lot of fun, and I look forward to finding new ways of approaching skills with my gymnasts. We don't have a lot of equipment, so my style is very hands on and demonstration intensive.
I'm "Coach Goofy" because silliness tends to work better for me than being superserious in terms of getting my classes to accomplish things. But they're doing well so far & it's exciting.
