Looking for ways to accomplish this for a meet this winter. I have heard of water weights but cannot find any info on them or how much weight needs to be to hold the corners down.
I'm trying to track down a video of a skill and, as most I find are American, I wondered if it is one of those things that has different names either side of the pond. But I might also have the name completely wrong, so I wondered if you can help me or correct me or laugh at me if you want ;-)...

AAI unveiled their plans to move to uneven bars with more flex at congress this year. Anyone know if they are also planning on a high bar with more flex?
Hi,
My coach said that I should start working on pike ons soon. I don't really know much about them technically but how different are they from squat ons (in terms of difficulty) and do you have to cast a lot higher? My cast is only at barely horizontal now, so how can I work on getting it higher?
