He didn't present to the D1 Judge when he completed his exercise. That should be a FIG penalty of 0.3. (Article 2 Sect. 2e) page 6.

Yoo Won-Chul (KOR) should have the GOLD.
Anton Fokin (UZB) should have the SILVER
and Li Xiaopeng (CHN) deserves the BRONZE

why is this important? it's FIG and Bruno. what did you expect??

He didn't present differently than some other MAG gymnasts I've seen. It's always a bit surprising to me because in women's gymnastics the fist pumps wouldn't fly, except in NCAA (even then it would be a momentary pause until the judges looked away). I can't remember the rest of the routines from four years ago, so I can't really say for sure, but looks like a plausible winning routine to me.
