I have states tomorrow! I'm competing nice and early too... first session tomorrow. Please wish me luck and help with nerves! This is my 3 states.... anything extra I should bring? Thoughts I should have? Tips for keeping my endurance up on floor? Straight arm kip and big casts tips? Cartwheel on beam tips? Please help
 
Make a list of everything you need in your gym bag. Visualize your routines. Only think of positive things about the meet. No what ifs, ......Change any doubts to " I will" statements. Eat a good dinner, get a full night sleep, and eat a good breakfast.
 
Get good rest. And its just a meet. Focus on each event and just do it.

As I tell my daughter, do your best and have fun.

As she tells me, Mom its just gymnastics, not world war.
