In florida I think there are two that come to mind

Brandy Johnsons

I am not sure if Tampa Bay Turners or Lakewood Ranch has 10 L10s Maybe someone in Florida knows some other clubs.

I'm pretty sure Georgia Elite has a large L10 team, maybe 8-12 girls.

Same for Washington State, none that I know of.

Checked the state scores from last year and no team had more than 8 L10, and only one team had 10 L9.

Sonshine gymnastics in NC. Not sure the exact number, but somewhere around 30 level 10s this year.

For MAG in WA, Metropolitan had 10 level 10s at state last year. Out of 22 total for the entire state.

Oregon only had 7 WAG level 10s at state. There were 14 level 10 MAG athletes at state with 7 being the most from one gym.

I was bored and had a quick look at the bigger December meets on mymeetscores... A lot of teams with 8-9 athletes competing early. December is the time to compete if you want awards at level ten regardless of performance as there is very little competition.
