DD turned 6 yesterday and severely sprained her ankle at practice. We went to the Dr and got xrays, just to be sure. Unfortunately, today was her last day of practice before moving on.... to another gym. So, she didnt get to practice with her team :(
She did "suit up" and did her own conditioning on the floor for an hour and a half while her team was up- training.

Now we're on to a weekend of laying on her backside and doing nothing!!!!! *sigh* I wish this had gone more ideally. But, what can you do?

From your title I was hoping that you had just thrown her a raucous party. :(

Sorry to hear that isn't the case. Good luck with keeping her still and hope her healing is very fast and with no complications.

Beam deductions

Hi everyone! I’m hoping to get some help understanding my deductions on beam. I’ve been watching my videos back, but I’m having trouble figuring out exactly where the judges are taking the most off. If anyone is willing to take a look and give me some feedback, I’d really appreciate it. I’m especially curious about execution deductions, rhythm/connection issues, and anything in my acro or dance that might be costing me. The judge started me at a 10 for this routine, and I got a 9.1
