hey everyone! so i go in for my ACL/miniscus surgery on thursday, but besides phyiscal therapy i need to go into the gym and condition. any ideas on what i could do? i can only do stomach and arms and i can't hang on a bar yet :\ but i have been doing the same stuff over and over and it has gotten quite boring and very useless for me to gain strength, so any ideas?? thankss
