Injury Ankle taping (front of ankle pain after sprain)

Does anyone know of a good and reliable website or video on how to tape an ankle to reduce pain in the front of the ankle? I can only find videos on taping to reduce twisting and my current taping method doesn’t work well.

the doctor gave me a brace that was loose and didn’t work well for me, I’m just trying to see if anyone knows a video for taping

Please do see a doctor. They might recommend another brace if the first one did not work.

My guess is that you landed short on something? That's typically when you get that nagging pain in the front of the ankle. I was able to improvise a taping method that helps a little bit-I would ask your coach if they have something that can help. I didn't watch the videos provided above, but my tape winds up looking similar to the images from the videos.
