Someone advised CCTV must be accompanied by AUDIO? Is this correct? Safe Sport or USA requirement? Please show me where?

Yes, need audio according to safe sport if no door/window is available to hear inside the gym. My old gym violated this and had to install a window so parents could hear inside the gym.

I can only go from experience and the window was one without a glass inside. It was just a window hole in the wall so parents could hear in. Abuse issues were off concern at this gym that made their violation more likely occur but to be safe I would have done form of allowing parents to hear the general phrases a coach is saying in the gym.
