Hi I’m currently working on my round off handspring back tuck and I can do them no problem but I’m having an issue with the form of my back tuck. The issue is when I do the tuck I have my knees together and my ankles are faf apart. I’ve tried everything my coach has said but my ankles still are apart sometimes when I do my tuck and am just wondering if anybody has any tips on fixing it.

Do you have access to a trampoline?

Imo, any time you have problems with body position in a salto, the first thing you should do is work it on trampoline

Maybe in you backhandpring you are landing with your feet apart. If you focus and doing you backhandspring with you ankles together i thing that will help your tuck.
