As for the skill, I'm fairly sure that this would be a "C" skill, despite being tucked.

layed out i believe it is a D but im not sure what it is worth if it is tucked. All i know is a tuck full is a B

I'm not sure, it could go either way. If a 1/2 is an A, a full is a B.. What would a 2/1 be?
In the FIG CoP its a C, but in the JO one it could be rated higher...
