May I ask how old you are? (Not an idle question; it affects what progressions will be most optimal)

At any rate, I'll need a bit more context to give a useful answer. When you say BT, do you mean from a roundoff? Or from a stand?
Same question about BHS BT; are you doing it from a stand or from a roundoff?

Some further questions:
How are your backhandsprings currently? Can you do a row of 3 or more backhandsprings from a stand? And so, do they accelerate?
Do you have access to a tumbletrak or trampoline? How about a pit? What sort of tumbling surface are you training on?

Beam deductions

Hi everyone! I’m hoping to get some help understanding my deductions on beam. I’ve been watching my videos back, but I’m having trouble figuring out exactly where the judges are taking the most off. If anyone is willing to take a look and give me some feedback, I’d really appreciate it. I’m especially curious about execution deductions, rhythm/connection issues, and anything in my acro or dance that might be costing me. The judge started me at a 10 for this routine, and I got a 9.1
