Camp Woodward (PA) or IGC? I'm really looking for opinions on those who have attended both camps, worked at both, or are experienced with both. My DD gym goes to Woodward every year, and she attended this past summer and had a blast! They are changing the week their team attends, and the week may be the week we vacation. I also have been reading a LOT about IGC and it seems amazing. Price wise, they are both just about the same. Now that she has been to camp, I'm ok sending her without members from her home gym.

The following is my opinion.

Woodward does gym and has for Camp fun. IGC is gymnastics first.

Woodward has the boys of extreme sports. You can be a camp mom or dad at Woodward, if you want to be there. Also volunteering gets you a discount on camp cost.

IGC is gym first then choice of camp fun or more gymnastics. They also have a celebrity at camp most weeks. Be aware no electronics or calls home allowed at IGC.

I vote IGC is child is more independent and has a desire for gym first. Woodward if the child wants both gym and camp fun.
