Women Cast to handstand and giants(:

So today I attempted to do my cast to handstand and giants by myself. Keep in mind that I've done this with a spot since the beginning of summer 2012. I have never in my life done a cast to handstand by myself before tonight. My teammate got her giants the practice before and I got pretty jealous, but it was also a really good motivator. So tonight was pretty exciting. I didn't get my giants but I am vertical on top of the bar. I just can't manage to get all the way around.
Anyways, I just had to brag a little bit.
