I have a press handstand from the floor and I currently do the drill where you cast-toes on- jump to handstand-fall over the bar at almost every practice. However I still feel like I'm not leaning forwards when I go for the actual cast handstand. I always push away from the bar. Any tips?

Also think about piking in your cast handstand. Think shoulders over, pike/butt up, then bring your legs together. You know the stretch where you are in a straddle and try to get you stomach to the ground. Try to do that after you lean and push on the bar. Using shapes is a lot easier than muscling up

Beam deductions

Hi everyone! I’m hoping to get some help understanding my deductions on beam. I’ve been watching my videos back, but I’m having trouble figuring out exactly where the judges are taking the most off. If anyone is willing to take a look and give me some feedback, I’d really appreciate it. I’m especially curious about execution deductions, rhythm/connection issues, and anything in my acro or dance that might be costing me. The judge started me at a 10 for this routine, and I got a 9.1
