I not sure how to put this but i change my skills when i'm trying to connect things. i.e. when i attempt front handspring fronts i don't get power out of my front handspring because i will change the skill. When i just do a front handspring rebound my feet will be atleast 2-3 feet in the air (not kidding i have coach to vouch for it), but as soon as i think ok now do a front tuck, i change it! Does anyone have advice to help with getting more height on front handspring front or a ball to throw at my head to nock the stupid changing skills part out?!
 
just do the same fhs that you normally do, and be patient and don't try to flip right away. let the rebound happen and it should be easier to flip..hope that helps!
