Hi Everyone

As of the last month i have been interviewing for job positions all over the country as it would seem, however i always run into the same questions that i feel i do not know honestly how to realistic reply.
I was wondering if coaches on here can give me a honest reply as to what is realistic for the following coaching positions for the following states

I have 9yrs coaching experience all up, and in 2yrs coaching boys in US (since i moved here) i have some accomplishments in the sport (for a young coach, a couple of State and Regional top 3 AA placings at various level, and several top 3 apparatus placings )
Highly recommended by past employers and parents

So what is realistic payment expectation for the following position given the above.. All positions are part time hourly based, and approximately 24-26hrs/wk

1- San Antonio -- Compulsory and lower Optional coach (L5,6,7,8) -- Girls
2- Los Angeles -- Compulsory and Optional coach (L4-9/10) -- girls
Compulsory coach Level 4- 7, to grow a revamped program -- Boys
3- San Diego -- Compulsory up to Level 7 and some Optional Coaching -- Boys
4- Oregon -- Head coach/Optional Coach (L7-10) -- Girls

Would really be interested to know what is realistic expectations for these positions given the difference in cost of living between each one..

Thank You,

Beam deductions

Hi everyone! I’m hoping to get some help understanding my deductions on beam. I’ve been watching my videos back, but I’m having trouble figuring out exactly where the judges are taking the most off. If anyone is willing to take a look and give me some feedback, I’d really appreciate it. I’m especially curious about execution deductions, rhythm/connection issues, and anything in my acro or dance that might be costing me. The judge started me at a 10 for this routine, and I got a 9.1
