Howdy all!
I took a good look at myself the other day and realized that I am not working hard enough during conditioning and its really starting to show. So, to get me back motivated, I though it would be fun to start a list of some really great conditioning exercises for at home and at the gym. So please feel free to add what you like/hate to do, what your coach gives you, or what really helps strength. Not only will it help me, but a lot of others on here! So...lets get ready to condition!

If you have a bar, pullups and leg lifts and skin the cats.

If you have a set of small parallel bars, "parallettes". L or straddleL holds and HS or pushups.

A simple circuit can be:

pullups
pushups
leg lifts
HS hold with or without wall or walking HS in place or wherever.
standing jumps, jumps for distance or jumping lunges where you switch from leg to leg.

Hollow/arch holds or Vups/Archups can be inserted as well.

3-5 rounds.
