Gymnasts Double Lay tips?

It looked pretty good! But if you wanted to make it cleaner I say keep your knees glued together during the ROBH and keep your legs straight and together in the double lay. Otherwise it looked great!
 
It looks pretty good. If you want to improve the short landing, I see room for improvement in 1. extending the legs fully when punching the backhandspring 2. overall body tightness throughout the setup and the double lay itself to preserve more of the rotational energy you've already generated. I've never taught a double layout; just my 2 cents.

Beam deductions

Hi everyone! I’m hoping to get some help understanding my deductions on beam. I’ve been watching my videos back, but I’m having trouble figuring out exactly where the judges are taking the most off. If anyone is willing to take a look and give me some feedback, I’d really appreciate it. I’m especially curious about execution deductions, rhythm/connection issues, and anything in my acro or dance that might be costing me. The judge started me at a 10 for this routine, and I got a 9.1
