I just turned 14 and am a level 9 training 10 gymnast. What steps can I take to try to become an elite gymnast? (I am hoping to compete level 10 the 2012 season)

Does your gym train or have they trained girls for the elite track? If not then you'll need to find a program that does or see if your current coaches can train you. Certainly you'll need to sit down with the coaches and your parents and discuss practice schedules, how school will be handled, money and time committment on you and your parents part. Once you have all the information, then you can decide if this is something that will work or not.
