excel gold dismount?

hello, I am excel gold, and I don't know if I should compete a back handspring dismount or a roundoff back tuck dismount? please answer.

I would assume this is beam. IT really prefers which you better at but I would do a back handspring back tuck because there smoother and you can do a step together which is easier than a roundoff.

Just know you will be competing against girls doing a simple round off or front handspring dismount, or at most a front tuck, maybe back tuck. I've never seen a flight+connection dismount in gold and you don't get extra points for it, so I'd go for whatever you do super cleanly 100% of the time.

could I do a roundoff pike or tuck in level six?

19 (little old for my gym...) But I do train with the 12- 19 group, and compete with the 17- 20 group. (how it works at my gym)
