Tonight I am finally going to ease my way into backwards tumbling. I always had a huge fear about it when I was a competetive gymnast (low levels.... very low) and I have decided that today is the day.
I shall begin with a back tuck from the trampoline onto one of those REALLY soft mats and go from there. It's just a matter of not chickening out, then I can gain confidence and learn cool new skills! There's only so much one can learn going forwards....
