Flips on beam IMPORTANT

As u may know i have had 6 months of gym i use to be able to do flips on high beam really well and now i can barly land on low beam
I really need help and my foot keeps going off to the side. Does anyone have any advice for me.

does your gym have floor/line beams? try practicing on those for a bit. when you feel you're comfortable, move up. dont worry! in gymnastics, you loose and gain skills all the time. You'll get it back soon, just practice!
 
Try chalking your feet, do your skills on a line. Look for defined footprints in your landings. If you're turning your foot out or in, you'll see it on the floor and be able to fix it. If you're smudging, could be a balance issue and you should check your alignment in the skill.

Once you can land solidly on the line, go to low beam, etc.
