As u may know i have had 6 months of gym i use to be able to do flips on high beam really well and now i can barly land on low beam
I really need help and my foot keeps going off to the side. Does anyone have any advice for me.
Thanks:).
Its really important as my coach is starting to dout my ability:mad:

Try chalking your feet, do your skills on a line. Look for defined footprints in your landings. If you're turning your foot out or in, you'll see it on the floor and be able to fix it. If you're smudging, could be a balance issue and you should check your alignment in the skill.

Once you can land solidly on the line, go to low beam, etc.
