Parents For those of you who have shown concern for my L8 DGD and her state meet.

I'm glad the surgery went well. I hope she heals quickly and completely.

Wow, everything seemed to happen so quickly; I sure hope she recovers with the same speed. I've thought a lot about how tough she must be....still can't believe she had her fingers pulled on and then days later gets pins in them!!! OUCH...and DOUBLE OUCH!!! Best wishes to her!

I think (in her head) she thought when they were pulled back that that was the end of it, little did she know, it was only the beginning. lol....yes, she is quite a tough cookie! And taking it quite well I might add...maybe because the season is over and it is a new beginning when the fingers and toe heal...we'll get 'em next year!
