Hi all. I was invovled in gymnastics for 19 years before 8 knee surgeries. I still do so clients and have thought of coaching again. (my orthopedic says part time.)

I competed Level 6 due to a really bad break in my arm that ended bar work.

I had level 9 skills on other events. I hope to be active in the sport again.

Wow, were these all related to gymnastics? Or after effects from gym?
