Women Front CLEAR hip?????

DD came home today excited that she is starting drills for what she called a front clear hip. When I looked confused, she said not a front HIP circle but a front CLEAR hip. Now, I remember her doing front hips in old L5 bar routine and she's been doing clear hips in her optional routines for a couple of years now. She mentioned that it's a D in the Code if that helps anyone tell me what in the world she is talking about. Google failed me. It just keeps showing me front hip circles...nothing about front clear hips.

So is this a real skill? Does it have another name I could search under?

That was all I could picture in my head with what you were describing, and my ds has been working that. Glad we were able to figure that one out!!

It's a reverse grip skill (required element) which avoids having to do a jaeger or blind/front giant or endo. Jordyn did it for that reason.
