I just got back from my doctors appointment and the doctor released me to progress back into my "big" skills and as long as my coach and physical therapist think that i am strong enough i can try whatever skills. The only thing is i need to wait to start vaulting until i can do most of floor without any pain and distributing my weight on both of my arms and not just my left. My doctor plans on me being released by my first meet in October which I will compete 6 then my coaches plan on moving me back to 7 after that and to 8 before the year is over to get me back onto the track that I was on before my injury so that I still have a chance at collegic gymnastics. Im excited to get back into the gym tommorow night and get to work. Unfortunatley I cant train my full hours until September but im hoping everything works out in the end. I think this injury made me a better person and gymnast and i feel like ive actually gotten stronger mentally as relearning the new skills isnt near as scary as they were when i originally learned them. My coaches were all releaved after my doctors appt. and i thought i would fill all of you in. I will be posting new videos on my Youtube channel which is in my signature as i get skills back if you would like to watch them. Thanks for reading this far if you did! Im so excited and needed somewhere to share who would understand why im so excited!!!
