Hi guys

Just joined this site. I'm used to posting on poultry forums but the chickens have taken a back seat since my daughter decided to become a gymnast.

We are based in Cornwall, in the far South West of the UK, we have beautiful scenery, a gorgeous coastline and a lack of any major sporting facilities with a 2 hour drive !

I used to do gymnastics recreatioanally as a child and my career as a gym-mum started 6 years ago when my son decided he wanted to be like the men on the olympics and be a gymnast. He gave up this year in favour of cricket and rugby but my daughter took it up last year and is progressing well.

I am now a volunteer coach and full time chaufeur to DD as well as hairstylist !

I will struggle with your terminology, particularly your levels as we have a different system over here but I'm sure I will pick it up - I use youtube a lot !

If there is a thread explaining what each level is (expected age and moves expected) I would be grateful if someone could point me in that direction.

Well, hopefully I will pick it up as I go along
