Hi, I'm new to chalkbucket and just wanted to make sure everything was cool if I could even post this.

I was an athlete that made it to the Elite level and competed against nationally but had to stop due to complications. Now I am a coach who teaches recreational up to Elite level athletes, I wanted to provide general information and technical help to the gymnastics community. I have been trained by various Olympic, World, and National level coaches when I was an athlete and as a coach. I stream video game concepts on twitch, but I can talk anything related about gymnastics.
