Do you have a specific code of conduct for your team members on their social media? Up until now we have been fine with just talkng about appropriate behavior and it' never been an issue. This year we have a few new kids who are causing some trouble and the verbal warnings aren't working. I was thinking of putting something in writing that goes along with our handbook that each kid signs each stating they won't swear, bully etc. Of course I wouldn't have this problem if their parents would monitor them!

Part of our code of conduct states that we have to use social media appropriately. This means aside from the regular no harassing/bullying side of things we also aren't allowed to talk about our gym, coaches, training etc in a bad way so we don't give our gym a bad name (we have a really solid reputation in our area). Any proven 'breaks' of this leads to immediate displacement off the team/club.

Beam deductions

Hi everyone! I’m hoping to get some help understanding my deductions on beam. I’ve been watching my videos back, but I’m having trouble figuring out exactly where the judges are taking the most off. If anyone is willing to take a look and give me some feedback, I’d really appreciate it. I’m especially curious about execution deductions, rhythm/connection issues, and anything in my acro or dance that might be costing me. The judge started me at a 10 for this routine, and I got a 9.1
