What is the easiest version of the handstand between these two, that is easier to teach children? Regular Headstand or Forearm Headstand? I can't tell anymore since its been a while. Are there any easier versions with the legs up?

When I was little I only learned regular. Headstands were not a significant skill, though. They don't build on anything, other than getting you used to being upside down before handstands.

I would have the kids start with a "tripod". They are on their head but with their knees on their elbows. Then have them extend their legs up, on soft mats of course.

Beam deductions

Hi everyone! I’m hoping to get some help understanding my deductions on beam. I’ve been watching my videos back, but I’m having trouble figuring out exactly where the judges are taking the most off. If anyone is willing to take a look and give me some feedback, I’d really appreciate it. I’m especially curious about execution deductions, rhythm/connection issues, and anything in my acro or dance that might be costing me. The judge started me at a 10 for this routine, and I got a 9.1
