Don't get me wrong, I've done gymnastics my whole life, I just haven't done it or thrown any passes since I was 16, I know HOW to do the BHS/Back Tuck, I just am not sure how strong my shoulders and arms are to hold me, thats why I was asking about the trampoline. Back when I was still in the Elite world, I was throwing way harder passes than that but I'm not even going to go into twists or harder elements. It's just been so long since I've done anything that I don't want to feel like well i did it my whole life I can do it now and be very very wrong.
