Hey gymnasts!
I just recently Got a new coach And it is all about strength, strength, and more strength. For exp. We went from having to do 8 pullups to 3 sets of 15 and hold the last one in a chin hold position for 30 seconds. I have even lost a teamate due to the fact that the strength was so much. We are doing this strength for one full hour!!!!
Anyway to the whole point of my question...
How do you fellow gymnasts overcome soreness????????
I had practice last night and am super sore and then I have to go in and do the same entire strength list a again tonight!!!!!!!!!!!
I think I might die!!!!!
