Help!!!

i cant get my pullover no matter how hard i try, im on level 4 and coaches have let it slide but i really want to get it, any tips???
 
step 1... do a chin up
step 2... lift ur legs
step 3... bring ur ankles to the bar
step 4... let ur ankles slide accross the bar,
step 5...slowly lower yourself from the chin up
step 6... pull urself over

this skill takes a while, but don't be discouraged! make sure to do all of ur conditioning because strength is a real part of this move. good luck!
