Recently when I straddle my legs to do a kip after a clear hip, my hips will pop/crack and it will hurt, to the point where it will hurt to walk after my bar routine. My hips usually pop/crack with certain movements, but it’s never hurt before. I’ve switched to doing pike kips for now, but I don’t get a good cast out of it so my bar routine is kind of struggling. Does anyone relate or have advice?
