WAG Hopes?

What is the oldest a person can be and participate in the HOPES program? Also, does anyone know why TOPS only goes to age 11.

That info is a bit outdated...Hopes currently has two age groups 10/11 and 12/13 (also Pre-Elite no longer exists). The ideal is that once athletes age out of the Tops program that they move into the Hopes program.

so if a gymnast doesn't do tops, they don't enter hopes?

You can do Hopes without ever doing TOPs, it's just that many of the skills/progressions/physical abilities are the same or similar making it a logical progression.
