Does anyone have any advice on how I can improve my toe point? I've been doing some exercises with a Theraband that my coach showed me and I've seen some improvement over the last 6 months but I can't get my toes to curl. Aesthetically, I think pointed feet are much more impressive with the toes almost clenched as it looks much tidier and gives an awesome hook shape to the feet. A good strong toe point often gets neglected in men's gymnastics so I'd like to be one step ahead of the curve.
