All of the optionals in my gym (we only have levels 7-9) do 21.5+ hours a week. I'm a level 9.

State level 8 in Australia and train 9 hours wish I could train more!

I do 28 over 6 days, but that includes conditioning, physical therapy, skills, routines, and strength and flexibility training. I belong to two teams (one college club team, one gym team) so there is overlap in some of the training (LOTS of conditioning :))

just 14
then 4 hours a week at the gym
next few weeks will be 18 hours and 4 for the gym, got extra training for the national qualifiers

We'll lets see, Tuesday 2 hours, Wednsdsy 2 hours, Thursday tumbling for 1 hour, Friday 3 hours plus open gym/workout(including team only part) is 2 hours so 5 hours on Friday, and two hours on Saturday and 2 hours Sunday for open workout. So in total 14 hours. And keep in mind I am an excel gold.

12hrs a week but about to start acro so that will bring it to 18hrs with 2 hours at home bringing the grand total to 20hrs :)

(10 hours in the summer, 8 in the fall.)(and I am xcel bronze/silver)

Right now for summer training, I'm training 15 hours a week. For my level I'm not to sure because in Canada were switching to American levels next year.

8 1\2 hours per week as a L4. In the summer it is 6 hours per week.
