I do 28 over 6 days, but that includes conditioning, physical therapy, skills, routines, and strength and flexibility training. I belong to two teams (one college club team, one gym team) so there is overlap in some of the training (LOTS of conditioning )
We'll lets see, Tuesday 2 hours, Wednsdsy 2 hours, Thursday tumbling for 1 hour, Friday 3 hours plus open gym/workout(including team only part) is 2 hours so 5 hours on Friday, and two hours on Saturday and 2 hours Sunday for open workout. So in total 14 hours. And keep in mind I am an excel gold.
Right now for summer training, I'm training 15 hours a week. For my level I'm not to sure because in Canada were switching to American levels next year.
