Yesturday at gymnastics I was doing a bhs on low beam and my foot missed and my pinky toe landed on the beam and that's it. It hurt a lot but I thought it was going to pass so I just told a few friends and not my coach. It was red and fat for about 1 hour then the redness went down but it was still fat for about a half an hour. Then it looked completely normal but it still killed. I finally told my coach and she said it looked fine but I should ice it. After that we had to do a huge cardio workout which I was suffering through but did the whole thing and I could bearly walk after. It looks normal now but it kills and it hurts when I walk. I didn't tell my parents about because I thought it was nothing. Helppp!!!

Gee as this is your sixth membership on the CB, after being banned five times, I think you would've worked out how we know who you are.

I'll ban you in the morning when I have more time.

Beam deductions

Hi everyone! I’m hoping to get some help understanding my deductions on beam. I’ve been watching my videos back, but I’m having trouble figuring out exactly where the judges are taking the most off. If anyone is willing to take a look and give me some feedback, I’d really appreciate it. I’m especially curious about execution deductions, rhythm/connection issues, and anything in my acro or dance that might be costing me. The judge started me at a 10 for this routine, and I got a 9.1
