My daughter will do this, she may be having a hard time and will just do handstand in the middle of the kitchen or wherever. She can be just walking along any where and just do a couple of handstands and then continue on her way
 
I do this daily. I work from home, and while on muted conference calls, HANDSTANDS!!
 
I used to practice handstands in the kitchen while I was waiting for something to cook. I'd also look at the timer before and after to see how long I'd held it - helped my subtraction skills, too. I think my handstands are much worse now that I've moved somewhere where the kitchen is too small for this.
