Coaches In-house move up meet

Has anyone ever done a move up meet in house where you just bring a judge in to score gymnasts out of level 5? At my old gym we used to for (old) level 6 but i am in a new state now and not sure how to request a judge here. Can you just do it for only your team or do you have to invite other teams?

i answered this in another thread. the meet must be USAG sanctioned and there must be 2 teams for mobility scores to be valid.

Doesn't have to be two teams, but you do need to pull a sanction.
