My daughter hasn’t been in gymnastics for 3 years because of two elbow operations. She is 13. I was wondering how long it will take her to get her kip back since she was a level 6 gymnast. Thanks!

We can’t tell you that information. Every body is different, every surgery is different, every child is different.

Absolutely no way to know. Even kids learning kips for the first time, practicing the same hours, vary greatly on when they get the skill. Time will tell.
