I keep bringing my knees up to the bar instead of my toes in my kip. How do I bring my toes instead (gliding out more, shooting my feet up more)?
Also any general kip tips? I’m so inconsistent and recently they haven’t been working. What helped you guys get your kips? Any tips, techniques, etc are appreciated!
